These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by me without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

What is your returns & refund policy?

I understand that buying online artwork can be difficult and hesitate process (unless you know the artist personally). If you receive my work and are dissatisfied with the work, you have 24 hours from the time you receive the artwork to decide if you would like to return it.
If you decide to return the artwork, simply notify me. Once returned at your expenses, I will correct anything request, however no refunds will be processed. Paying this invoice, you agree to release all liability of myself once an item has shipping. Additional insurance can be purchased. For lost, damaged, or stolen items, replacement is contingent on the approval of insurance claim. Timing can vary up to 3 months in response rate from USPS

Wrong or Missing Items
If the wrong item is sent or there is an item missing from your order, I will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. You must notify me within 24 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your order. I will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged paintings at my expense. I will file claim on behalf of the customer, and upon approval of the claim all lost/damaged items will be replaced. Customer will be required to return any damaged times before they can be replaced. This is a binding agreement customer agrees upon paying the invoice.
